we checked into the family inns hotel in pigion forge and i first notice crumbs on the floor, ants on the sink, and the water was dripping in the batheroom causing a annoying sound, but that was not the worst after a fun exiciting day we came back to go to sleep and when i lifted up my blanket there... more

This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The walls had holes and water damage, and the carpet was wet in different spots. There was mold and mildew which made the room smell awful. The hotel is definitely dated. Two blocks from the main strip. Smelly, dirty elevator. Hot tub is big and nice. Room was clean with nice carpet. Toilet wouldn't flush, tub wouldn't drain, and the room had an unpleasant smell. Wireless internet was almost non-existent in room 209 (other end of motel from the lobby). They only have one wireless access point and it's located at the other end of the motel in the lobby. They had to reboot the wireless ap and call their cable provider... more
