When we just arrived in town and we didn't have any place to stay at, Crookside happened... It took about 3 hours, 4 people, courage and perseverance or clean the room. In 3 days of searching we found another hotel which was even cheaper and so much better than THIS. This is my personal opinion, but I'd never be able... More

They gave us a very good deal for a week so we decided to stay. The room is spacious but it lacks in a lot of things.

“grat time in the mountains”

i had a great time, i could drive in the snow up on the mountain and dry clean road in gatlinburg, the room was clean, the breakfast was better than some hotels i've been in and the staff very friendly and helpful. plan on staying here again soon!!!

“Never Stay Here”

The room was either too hot or too cold. Could not regulate the temperature. The continental breakfast was awful. I had a nonsmoking room but thanks to the smoking room above ours our room smelled like smoke the entire time. I called the front desk to learn there was nothing they could do.
