The rooms are very smalls!!! and the smell!!! ufff, they call complementary breakfast and what they only have is some donuts and terrible muffins, the price is to high for this hotel!!! It was a nightmare!!! My suggestion is DO NOT GO TO MICROTEL INN!!!! more

We just returned from a weekend in Gatlinburg. We always like to stay within walking distance of the Parkway and we always take our 2 chihuahua's so we chose Microtel. The word MICRO should have told me something!!!!! The room was way to small, the staff UNfriendly, and it was an act of congress to get in the place via the parking lot elevator!!!!!! I would not stay there again! more
