Check in was easy, staff was polite, room was clean and comfertable. Club level service was very good. Finding the hotel using GPS was difficult, parking is a problem. Some staff was unsure were about the location of the club level (2nd floor), and we were directed to the roof night club instead. Swiming pool is average.

Location is pretty good - first time staying off Manhattan, would pick this area again.
