Excellent wifi, which was important to me; breakfast wasn't bad either. Easy to get into Manhattan and I felt safe enough in the neighbourhood. Domestic staff friendly and helpful - which is more than could be said for the reception staff - but I constantly found hairs that were not mine on the sheets and the bed cover was filthy.... More

I stayed here for a week in May and I really wanted to give this place a good review, unfortunately I believe that we may have been victims of fraud at this hotel. Mysterious charges showed up on a credit card that I left in the hotel room. I never used the card the entire time I was in NYC... More

It's a little off the beaten path, but a value for New York. Two short blocks from the subway. Approximately 30 minutes from midtown Manhattan. Safe neighborhood. Excellent free breakfast selection including fresh Belgium waffles.

Obviously not the nicest hotel ever, but great price for a visit to NY. Just a couple minutes away from the subway, which is the most convenient way to get into the city. It's not in the nicest area, but it's not scary at all; we felt pretty safe. It was clean, had big enough rooms, the wi-fi worked fine,... More

At about $94/night, I thought it was very reasonable. I needed to stay in Brooklyn and it's very close to the D/N subway line which was very important for me. The room itself was on the small size but with updated furniture, comfortable bed, nice flat screen TV. The free wi-fi and nice breakfast was also great. All in all... More

The room and the bathroom was clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Convenient parking on-site. The furnishings in the room were basic, nothing fancy, but did the job. Complimentary breakfast included in rate. All in all not a bad place

It's not easy to find a reasonably priced hotel in the Big City. My wife and I were pleased with this room, which was a little under $100. The room was barely big enough for the King sized bed, but that was ok with us for the one night we stayed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean,... More

Stayed here for 5 nights in Oct/Nov last year, having stayed in Manhattan a few times before, and was pleasant surprised. The price was great, breakfast was great, plenty of choice, we arrived a few hours earlier than check in time, and got our room straight away. The area itself was fine, a local neighbourhood rather than tourists (unlike ourselves!!)... More

We were over charge. And they refused to refund out money. We spoke with a different supervisor each time because nobody wanted to deal with the situation at hand. We finally gave up and let them have the $90.00 they over charge us. The bathroom was dirty, it had those mold in between the crap of the tile. I need... More

Stayed here for one night while attending a wedding in Manhattan. The rooms are small, basic but clean. The location isn't exactly scenic and I definitely wouldn't walk around alone at night. I felt pleased with the price I paid and the hotel's two-block proximity to a subway stop. It only took me about 30 minutes to get in to... More
