Great hotel, great room with plenty of space, central to everywhere. The breakfasts is OK but you cannot get metal cutlery only plastic, same in the room which is a big let down. The staff are helpful and happy. More

Centrally located in 5 story building. Nicely decorated, clean and big rooms. Cheap in January @$89. Decent restaurant downstairs with Alaskan prices. If you are from NY or LA the prices are reasonable. -27 F outside but warm inside. Free lollypops and cookies! More

when I walked in the first time I was surprised to find that this hotel had the best restaurant in town! And it does! The rooms are normal SHS configuration and they could use better black out shades for summer stays! Located in the middle of town it suits any business traveler as well for the casual tourist. The sled... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our anniversary weekend getaway. I was amazed that such a nice hotel could be so inexpensive during the off-season ($89/night in December 2011). Our room was quite large, the California king-sized bed exceptionally comfortable. The complimentary continental breakfast was among the best we've encountered in our travels: fresh scrambled eggs, hot... More

The room is very large and comfortable. I did not rent a car and the downtown location of the hotel allowed me to walk around. The bus station is a few minutes away of one so desires to take the bus. The ladies in the front desk were most helpful, giving me advice anything from weather to activities to partake. More

I have stayed here a number of times on business travel to Fairbanks and it is far and away the best. Always clean, always professional and friendly and always a fair price. I like the location downtown and I have never been disappointed in my room. More

We had to fly into Fairbanks -2 days before our Princess land trip started. Princess Lodge (in the middle of nowhere) was booked up and would not help us find a Hotel in a Town our travel agent and ourselves and really anyone we knew -had ever been to. Delta Air was working with our agent to rebook the tickets... More

This hotel has it all, with the exception of pleny of parking. Downtown location with a small parking lot. Has plug ins for the winter months, really needed. If you go out late, you will end up parking on the street. This was a business trip and the room was large and spacious. Great restaraunt and the free breakfast was... More

After 2 good nights in the Marriot Springhill Suites in Anchorage, had yet another good expereince in the Springhill Suites of Fairbanks. Very friendly desk staff greeted us with complimentary snacks when we checked in! Another consistently good room from this chain - clean, quiet, well appointed with plenty of room for airing out layers of winter clothing, for example.... More
