The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The service was top notch. The meals were delicious. This hotel should capitalize the "hospitality" in their name. Beginning with the front desk,each staff member I encountered was smiling and helpful.

We were traveling with our dogs and needed a place to stay overnight to break up the drive from point A to point B. We arrived at 10:00pm and checked in quickly. Drove closer to the entrance near our room and entered a wing that appeared to be separate from most other rooms, probably a pet wing. It worked well....

We apologize for the uncomfortable meeting you experience. Unfortunately this group was booked during the two days that we were renovating our concrete in the courtyard. Due to the noise level, we provided the meeting room space ($500.00 value for two days) completely complimentary. We checked in and looked around. The grout in the bathroom looked decent and the sheets were clean. It didn't make up for the dirty pillows, fuzzy analog tv picture and funny smells in room, elevator and hall. We didn't stay.

Our renovated rooms have all new carpet, bedding, pillows, paint, furniture, The last phase of the renovation will be the hallways which will feature new bright lights, carpet and wall paper. Our new flat screen tv's will be installed soon. Thank you for your input and for your comments.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. Only complaint is that noise from the halls is very audible in the rooms, so noisy guests and early housekeeping may disrupt some people.
