I needed a place to stay for one evening while visiting the Civil War Battlefield in Fredricksburg, VA. I was pleasantly surprised by my room, it was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. It had a refrigerator and microwave. For the price the room was exceptional. Lots of eating places within walking distance. I would recommend this motel.

Older but clean relatively quiet. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Stopped here because of TA reviews and we weren't disappointed. Don't gauge rooms by lobby which is kind of dreary. Room was spotless, granite counter at sink, new faucets. Tub enclosure new. Highly recommend. Make sure you pick up coupon book. By nightfall, no rooms left.

This hotel is just off I-95 and is very clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. I usually only spend from 40-45 dollars a night. They have a free continental breakfast as well. The staff is friendly and informative.
