It is hard to imagine this hotel would allow such terrible customer service staff working the evening shift. she was very rude to everyone and displayed no customer service skills at all. She seemed to hate her job and took it out on everyone. A sad situation.

Great find! Accommodating our large family. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in a hotel. The renovated room was tasteful. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and I had the best sleep of my whole trip at this motel. this has to be the best most comfortable, and incredible deal in the portland vancouver area. extremely comfortable bed, close to everything, the staff is just wonderful. I can't believe it took me so long to find this place. so much better than any of the over priced hotels in the area.

We stay here often on our way to Canada. This is not a State-of-Art hotel, but has everything one can ask for. It's right by the highway, gas station, and restaurants with good price. Although it is close to everything, it's actually very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good.

Great value, clean rooms, friendly staff. Located near great restaurants and shopping mall.
