Overall the hoel itself is nice. The rooms are large and it is right off the Interstate. I stood at the desk waiting to check in for about 20 min, and i was the only one in line. We stayed at this hotel in 2010 and liked it, so we returned in 2011. Unfortunately, the hotel seemed to have gone downhill in the past year (or we just didn't get as nice a room). We got a deal on this hotel through hotwire (who I will also be contacting) that rates it as a 3 star hotel. I guess all HIE are 3 star, but this fell very short. Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms have a separate sink area outside of the bathoom, jetted tub, and microwave and refrigerator, Pillows are flimsy, but bed was fine. However,,, DO NOT stay in the few rooms on the second floor above the conference rooms. The noise and vibrations will bleed thru the walls and make your life miserable!!! More

My husband and I stayed here in Feb 2011, on our way to Florida. The front desk staff in the evening was very friendly. However, this hotel seems to take the “going green” to the max.
