The Marshall House was fantastic! It is rare that you notice the housekeeping, but this place was spotlessly clean. Nightly turndowns made us feel like royalty. Front desk service was friendly and efficient. The clawfoot tub was delightful for us. I spent foru nights at the Marshall House last week. I loved the hotel and found the staff very helpful and friendly. It is very centrally located and I walked everywhere from the hotel. There are afternoon treats, wine and cheese. The 45 Bistro, located next to and adjoining the hotel, is very good. Ask for Christian as you waiter!!... more

I had very high hopes for this hotel, given the reviews I'd read on this website. Arrival was very nice, with the valet and bell service which were both impressive. This place is amazing. From the valet service to checkout, everything was amazing. The service was exceptional, the rooms spacious, clean, and probably one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.
