I booked my family members at the Ballastone. They were absolutely floored by the atmosphere and sevice. The rooms were beautiful and everything was so warm and friendly. Our reunion is every other year and we will be using the Balastone again and will certainly tell our friends about this wonderful experience. more

We had a wonderful stay. A few housekeeping issues, however those were corrected. The concierge staff are amazing & the breakfast is delicious! We loved the afternoon tea & evening hors dourves, as well as chocolates on our pillows each night. Their bed linens are like silk! more

a true representation of Southern charm, hospitality, and elegance --- from the accommodations and food to the superb staff --- they make you feel really 'special' and pampered.
