Stayed here for a quick trip. The location was great. Easy to find and easy to get around. Lots of restaurants and shopping 2 blocks away. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Breakfast was good and internet access was free. Had valet parking and the staff was courteous more

Was in Baltimore for a convention and brought along the family. Got 2 rooms. the suites were clean, huge, and everything was newly remodeled. breakfast was great too. sometimes a lil too busy. about 2 blocks from inner harbor so walking distance from everything. valet parking was a hassle but no choice in the city. valet attendants were very nice... more

Not only is the hotel in a really cool building (an old bank building with the vault downstairs still in use as a conference room), but the room was great. The service was great, super fast, very friendly, and informative. The room was ideal for a couple with a child. We had enough privacy to be able to watch TV... more

We stayed here for five nights, leaving on the 4th of July. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and attentative. Located two blocks from the inner harbor and about five blocks from Camden Yards this hotel is well situated. The breakfasts are quite good as well, and are... more

We decided to stay here due to its proximity to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. The price was reasonable compared to others in the area, although please note that parking was valet only and ran $28 per night. The area was safe and well lit, and surprisingly quiet despite being downtown, with a few sirens from time to time.... more

I won't go into details about the room, because a few have already described it, but we were pleased. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly-recommending restaurants and even calling to ask questions about the menus, without us asking them to. They arranged a shuttle to get us to the restaurant we ended up picking, but everything... more

Stayed the first night of our trip here to accomodate our grandchildren. I'm not sure why the street noise can be heard so well, but it is really bad. Our room was across the street from a nightclub and the noise was till 3 or 4 in the morning. Would not stay there again because of that. more

I can't think of anything bad to say about this hotel other than the windows could use another pane to better soundproof against city noises...but then again that's what you'd expect staying in the city. Also parking can be a challenge but again...staying in the city. Easy walking distance to all inner harbor attractions, Nat'l Aquarium, Port Discovery, Camden Yards.... more

If you're looking for a great hotel to combine business with fun in Baltimore, this is it! The Springhill has wireless & wired internet plus a great business center, huge guest suites with sitting & work areas, plus it's all found in a fantastic historic building close to everything in the inner harbor. The building is a former bank, so... more
