Reasons: I paid $300 a night for this room and when I got here they said the room was still being cleaned! No where to park. No one told me which elevator to take or when the champage will be delivered. Seriously! DO NOT GO HERE! MY VALENTINE IS RUINED! UNACCEPTABLE! More

A friend and I stayed at the Hotel Monaco Baltimore just for two short nights. The hotel is in a grand, old building which has been refurbished into a hotel on one side and an office building on the other side. The staff were all very accommodating, professional and friendly. The location was central and very quiet at night. Parking... More

My family and I stayed here before our cruise left out of Baltimore the next day. Service started to moment we pulled up to the front of the hotel. It was raining outside, so the parking attendants came over with leopard print umbrellas to make sure we didnt get wet and loaded all of our suitcases on to a luggage... More

This is our second stay in 3 years at the Monoaco. Location is perfect. Walking distance to the harbor and the Mariner stadium. Short cab ride to airport (20 min/no traffic) as well as other stadiums. We splurged on the Mediterranean suite which was only $179 (plus taxes) on Jetsetter! We originally booked via Kimpton's website and I called to... More

First, let me say I am a FAN of the KIMPTON brand. Again, I was very pleased. For this trip, I was collecting my daughter from a cruise trip down at the pier on Sat morning and wanted a reliable hotel to place our heads after a long workweek. My college age son accompanied me and we convinced an aunt... More

Stayed recently for 3 nights at this hotel...last minute family emergency...and we were pleasantly surprised of the character that this hotel possesses...mixing old world charm with modern amenities...they are offering a wine tasting every evening...however we were not able to participate since we came back very late every night. We had some issues with our room door...2 nights in a... More

This hotel is typical of Kimpton Hotels - trendy and cool. The atmosphere is upbeat and hip. the rooms are also "hip". My only complaint for this particular Kimpton was there is NO coffee in the room. The bath was clean and very roomy. The bedroom is more that sufficiently sized. It was quiet and comfortable. I ordered breakfast from... More

We arrived on Christmas Eve. We had stayed here the previous year and were looking forward to another great experience. At check-in we were told that we had been upgraded to a suite. The room was so nice. The living room space was great for some last minute gift wrapping, but it was the tub that made it so fantastic.... More

I have been staying at Kimpton hotels for at least 15 years. The Monaco can not be beaten for value, space, and service. The building was in serious disrepair when Kimpton bought it and renovated it so very carefully. The lobby is spacious and hip. The desk staff is marvelous. The rooms are spectacular, with very high ceilings, marble, and... More
