came in fri 30 sept...the suite was immaculate..but...the jacuzzi did not work and neither did the ac in the bedroom area...told the manager, MOHAMED K EL-HOSS the next morning...he gave me another suite AND knocked 20 dollars off that night...i was very surprised by this given my stay at other hotels...really enjoyed my stay..thanks again MOHAMED!!!

The Wingate by Wyndam Hotel in Jacksonville was extremely small (cramped) and its age is apparent. I travel a lot. I don't use credit cards. I carry cash. Hotels don't like that and now want you to post a deposit, ALONG WITH YOUR CASH, "FOR INCIDENTALS". This place was $50. I aim insulted by that.
