The lobby is of course your first impression and it's a good one. It's clean, modern and has a waterfall wall going on. Ron checked us in and couldn't have been nicer. We arrived at the hotel and were very pleasantly surprised with it's location and cleanliness. It still seems new! The night clerk was very friendly and went out of his way to help. For the money, this hotel is great. However, I searched the internet for a good rate & had to sign, agreeing to being charged up front & no refund, what so ever. Several options for breakfast, lots of space to sit and eat. Rooms were clean. Night check in staff was abrupt. Beds were not that comfortable. Would certainly stay again. Location is great. more

Arrived on a Sunday night. Tired and sick. Wasn't in any mood for fuss. The hotel is really convenient to I95 and there was a Walgreens down the street where I could get some cold medicine. From check in to checkout this Hampton Inn has it down to doing things right. Its a little hard to find since I've never been in this area before and its set way back from the street but its location for north/south trips on I-95 is perfect. I feel like most folks on the board, this hotel is just a great place to stay. It is in a very nice area, right off I-95, places to eat nearby and the hotel areas I saw were immaculate. I am a business traveler who values service as well as clean and current (newer) accommodations. This Hampton Inn & Suites is as nice or nicer than most of the Hilton Garden Inns and some of the Hiltons. Highly recommend. more
