The hotel was quite nice, although the hallways smelt a bit funny (like cleaning supplies). The rooms where large enough and where clean. The location is very good, because it's close to downtown Gettysburg and Military Park, which are both nice to visit. more

We stayed here on the first day of our visit and it was a nice clean hotel. Next door to a Perkins resturant which made it nice as well. On our return visit, could not get a room there was already full and had to settle for a less desireable place down the road. more

This has to be one of the top Days Inns, immaculate, extremely comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Great to have a pool after a hot day's sightseeing. Ideally situated for exploring the battlefields and Gettysburg itself. Plenty of restaurants nearby though we went to the Fairfield Inn and were not impressed! I did lots of research before our trip to Gettysburg and picked the Days Inn based on Trip Advisor evaluations, even though some of the reviews worried me. Bottom line is that the hotel was adequate for our stay - a few minor problems and issues, but basically about what you'd expect for $75/night (through hotels.com) at an older hotel... more
