I just returned from three days at the Rittenhouse with my husband and another couple. Our experience was excellent in every respect. While everything was top-notch, I can't say enough about the service at this hotel. It was uniformly excellent from the doormen to the bellhops to the front desk, concierge and housekeeping staff.
