We love the hotel. Great rooms and excellent staff. Star Service was terrific. The location is outstanding and we will definitely stay there again in the future. We did not use the health club or the restaurant. Although the weekend was on one of the busiest in the year, this did not prevent the hotel staff from providing oustanding service.

I rated the hotel a 2 because it is not all negative. It is very clean. But other than that, not that great. The internet is expensive, and TERRIBLE. When you connect, it crawls. It makes you reconnect seemingly every few minutes. The bar is expensive, the restaurant too.
