The Rodeway gives you a feel for being in an historic building, close to train from airport and within an easy walk of Independence Hall, for a reasonable price. We arrived in Philadelphia on a Tuesday afternoon and went straight to the Inn. We were not allowed to check in until 3pm, but we were told where to park and were able to leave our luggage there while we explored. Rooms are small but adequate. Breakfast was minimum.
