The concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable of public transportation options. Taxis easy to catch. convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. immediately next to subway entrance.

Very nice property with a professional staff. Would highly recommend for any business traveler. Easy location to access with plenty of dining options nearby. There is a parking fee which is customary for urban locations.

Located in center city, convenient to everything, friendly service, knowledgeable staff. Me and the hubby stayed here on a Friday night with and checking out the next day. The best thing about this hotel is the location. The room and hotel overall is nothing to jump up and down about. The staff seems rather rushed and eager to get you out of their face. Not the best and not the worst.

I want to credit Eric at the front desk with excellent customer service at check out that is leading to this overall positive review. However, check in was not particularly pleasant.
