Stayed at the Sierra Nevada Lodge for 3 nights during a recent ski trip. The lodge is located close to the Village and surrounded by stores and places to eat nearby. We appreciated that the female clerk at the front desk was considerate enough to put us in a room away from a high school group that was staying there... More

Stayed with my son on a weekend ski trip. The lobby was great as we could hang out and play pool (for free) after dinner while watching sportscenter (and not be holed up in the room). On Sat. night the bar was open for a while and had a decent bottle of wine. Nice outdoor hot tub. Rooms were fine... More

We stayed in low season, where prices are a bit lower. Room was clean, friendly and nice! Unfortunately the Sauna in the top floor only heated up untill 40 ° C. Breakfast next door at Rafter's was good and tasty. Great location as a base for daytrips! Parking spaces next to hotel entry. My recommendation! More

We booked a 5 night stay right after Christmas including their continental breakfast. The first night, the smoke detector went off 5 times every few hours. They finally came out to fix it and just removed it from the room. The continental breakfast included cereal, fruit, bagels, yogurt, muffins, toast, and coffee. Each time we went they were out of... Accomodation was in a deluxe beachfront villa, with terrace that opened onto pure white sand, rooms were large with four poster bed, food was excellent, we used the buffet style restarant and we were never dissapointed. Staff were polite and only too happy to help. In all one of the most magical and perfect holidays I have been on. Would... More

We loved the SNL and extended our stay here. The pool and jacuzzi was refreshing at the end of a day in the mountains, parking was convenient, the breakfast at Rafter's next door was included and good - good hot coffee, bagels, cereals, muffins, toast, juice, fruit. People who complain about cold coffee must have stayed in bed too long,... More

I would rate this at 3.5 stars (Good) - just didn't have that option in this rating scale. We stayed here during our road trip of the Easter Sierras and stayed here only for one night. It's an old lodge but clean, quiet (though I am not sure that the walls and really all that sound-proof; I think there just... More

We travelled in September so weather was mild in the day but cold at night so jumper and trousers recommended for the evenings. We had a basic room with two double beds. Really clean and spacious, bathroom was on the small side but did the job! Outside they had a crazy golf which was open till late as there wasn't... More

We stayed the night on our way from Las Vegas to Yosemite. It was basic. Looked and smelled like what it is, a ski lodge. Continental breakfast was the worst breakfast of our trip, coffee cold and undrinkable. Very disappointing considering what we paid. Would not have stayed more than a night. There must be better value for money in... More

I had booked this place for an extended weekend to fish late season. The lodge seems to be conveniently located next to Rafters (Restaurant) and walking distance to Von's Market, Good Life Cafe, Rite Aid, Grumpy's and Nik-n-Willies Pizza. Like other reviewers, the feel here is like a woodsy, rustic lodge feel. There is free WiFi in your room and... More
