“Nice condo + location at Mammoth!”

This is a condominium complex located within one block easy walk of Canyon Lodge Ski area at Mammoth Mtn. The complex exterior is somewhat dated but the unit we stayed in (#26) was very nicely renovated with quality decor and furnishings, great kitchen with granite, etc. We had two families (7 people total) and found the accommodations very spacious. Silver Bear Condos has undergone renovations in the past year. The common area hallways have new carpet and paint. The condos were built in the 1990s (as opposed to the surrounding condos that were built in the 1970s). So, there is underground parking (no shoveling snow), forced air heating (not electric wall units), and it was built up to code... More
