We have been staying at Aspen Creek for over 30 years. We have stayed in the larger units with single digits (5,7...) and have currently been staying in #223 for about 7 years. The complex is near chair 15- within walking distance. It is also off a bike trail in the rear of the complex. The units are individually owned... More

We love this place! We have been going here for 10 years. We always use VRBO.com and find great values for one and two bedroom units. (Always do your homework and ask for pictures if they dont have any on their website- we learned the hard way once!)The complex is very well kept. The underground parking is invaluabe in the... More

This is a walk to/ski back complex. If you rent through 101 great escapes, each condo has premium sheets, towels, and bath robes. We have been going to Aspen Creek for 10 years, even though it is older, it is more spacious and charming than newer complexes. Our favorite unit is 301, but others have as delightful! More

This is an older complex built in the early 1980s. Units are individually owned, so each is unique and not all are equally maintained. Some units are beautiful, fully renovated with fantastic sweeping views of the Mammoth Crest, Dragon's Back, and Chair lift #9. Better units in this complex are rented through 101 Great Escapes. Short walk to Chair #15,... More

We just returned from a 3 day stay at Mammoth Lakes. It was our first time visiting. We wanted to be near the Eagle Express Lift. I found Aspen Creek through Mammoth Properties and decided to give it a try. I was not expecting anything fancy. We were pleasantly surprised! The condo had plenty of room for 4 adults and... More

My advise to anyone family, single you name it, if you can stay anywhere else in Mammoth don't stay here. I have stayed at a lot of places in Mammoth over the years both winter and summer and this is absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed for the money. And some of the cheaper places I've stayed are also... More

My family stayed for four nights, starting on New Years Eve. Needless to say, the rates at that time were high. The room was nicely furnished, but the sofa bed for the kids was broken and very uncomfortable. They rather sleep on the floor, but the carpet was dirty, probably it's pretty hard to keep things up during ski season.... More

This is a great place for groups of families. We like other places too but this is affordable, walking to Eagle Express, spacious enough, and a large enough complex for 5 families to go at the same time and socialize. More

This is a great place for several families to vacation together. The condos are in a circle and each time we have been we have found them clean and comfortable. My kids love the place. It is getting a little bit older but still reasonable and great for families. More
