Although we live in the area, we decided to have a get away weekend. We had been at the hotel for dinner many times and enjoyed a delicious meal in the beautiful ambiance of this historic hotel. We had heard that staying at the hotel was delightful as well. From the moment we arrived until we departed Sunday afternoon, the... More

Hotel Bethlehem was built in 1922 and renovated/ restored in 2007. This hotel is a great example of what a historic hotel can be if owners, management and staff work together. Every inch of this building was beautiful. My room was clean, and comfortable. It had a large flat screen television and a gourmet coffee maker. I highly recommend staying... More

This is a return visit from when we were married in 2007. We stayed in the same room which was really comfortable. Plus pillows, high quality sheets, blanket and towels. Flat screen tv with tons of channels. Bathroom was super clean with a nice size bathtub. Couch, desk, ottoman and dresser. Great view of the city. We ate at the... More

Upon checking into Hotel Bethlehem on April 1, 2013, we learned that there would be no running water at the hotel from 11 PM to 4 AM. The following is an email that I have sent to the the hotel two times and have not received a response. My fiance and I were shocked that a hotel would not have... More

Hi Ashley226, I would like to apologize for the service shortfalls that you experienced during and after your stay with us. I assure you that this is not the typical guest experience here at the Hotel. Our General Manager Dennis Costello would like the opportunity to discuss your recent stay with us in more detail. As other reviewers have mentioned, this hotel is historic, charming and centrally located in Bethlehem's north historic district. Plenty of interesting things to see and places to shop. The hotel's lobby and lounge areas were clean, bright, and nicely furnished. The restaurant and bar were top notch. We ate one breakfast and one dinner during our stay and found good... More

This hotel is a charming historic hotel in a perfect location. It is on the charming Main Street in Bethlehem, Pa. It is steps to many great shops and restaurants. Rooms are small and can be somewhat loud if people are in the hall areas. Beds are very comfortable.

First, it is a hotel build in 1922. That is older than most of us. The renovations are ongoing and it is actually a classy old grand dame. Elevators are being worked on right now so only one was running when we were there this weekend. Bar area is comfortable and the food is very good. Didn't eat in the... More

I stayed at the Hotel Bethlehem for one night on a business trip to Lehigh University; because my hosts were driving, I can't comment on the parking situation. The hotel lobby is classically decorated and comfortable, with a large bar area and plenty of other seating. The hotel has been visited by dozens of celebrities and politicians, including presidents, and... More

Stayed here on business and really enjoyed it. Not your run of the mill hotel, and it's vintage elevator and really unique architecture and décor was something to see.
