The front desk was very helpful in our recent trip when traveling with my elderly Father, who sleeps in a stuffed chair and needed some handicap facilities. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff member who was eager to help and constantly cleaning and refreshing the breakfast bar.We wouldn't hesitate to saty here again. more

This hotel is clean, in a great location for visiting colleges and Lehigh Valley, and most importantly the staff is incredibly friendly. The room was nice, and Phyllis, who did a great job at the front desk called us twenty minutes after checking in to make sure the room was okay. Fantastic service and good breakfast too. more

I ended up in Bethleham PA during a business trip around the Lehigh Valley. This hotel is not fancy, but clean, easy to find, near the highway and even has a free breakfast. No complaints here. more

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a while. I've stayed at other chains such as Sheratons, Hiltons, Best Westerns but I must say the Fairfield Inn was better.
