Check in was great, people freindly, room clean and bathroom clean and stocked. Only drawback was the lack of landscape when looking out my window. Never expected to see a giant dirt pile where something should have been.

This lovely Hilton Garden Inn was right next to the UTEP campus (which is a gem in itself). It was a great location for the conference we were attending there as it was a short walk to our site. very good service at the reception, very good food and accomodation close to cincinnati commercial area where you can find several bars, restaurants and shops. Outstanding mexican food served but of course you are in El Paso.

This hotel was very accommodating to my family and I. The bar and restaurant staff were excellent and the front desk hotel staff were also very helpful. Very clean room, fresh, and inviting. We will definitely stay here again!

Great staff, normal rooms even less than other brands but clean and i didn't recive any special treatment as diamond member at helton rewards. like the location didn't try the room service or any resturant in the hotel so i can't judge the food quality, free parking good internet speed.

Great Hotel. I will never stay anywhere else in El Paso. Accomodations are excellent and staff is very helpful. Location is great for anywhere in town. Appearnce is always good. Fitness center was excellent.
