I have stayed at Hyatt Place El Paso several times. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar is always well stocked and nicely presented. I've stayed at Hyatt Place hotels in other locations and like the concept -- both the rooms and the lobby. Overall, this is a nice hotel. Service is good, staff is friendly. However, it is located very close to I-10 and for me, road noise was an issue. Light sleepers, this may not be the best location for you. More

El Paso is filled with lower end hotel chains and there isn't much to be had for great hotel rooms.
