We stay in El Paso a couple of times each year. This is the best we have found for the price. Includes continental breakfast and you can pay for hot breakfast. Clean, free Internet, updated rooms and Hyatt points to boot. We'll be back. More

We stayed one night and the front desk greeted us with a welcome smile. Our room had the best layout I had seen in a hotel in a long time... maybe we don't get out much - but it was very comfortable! There was a sofa area with coffee table, fridge, and bathroom in the first half of the room,... More

The room had a separate sitting area with a work desk. There is a fridge in the room, but you can buy cold water (and some snacks as well) at the reception. The room was perfectly clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast included healthy food as well, like grapefruit, I loved it! The hotel is close to the airport, right... More

I had a reservation and checked in around 8:00 at night. I got to the room and as I got closer to the A/C, I could smell an intense foul odor. It was nauseating. I sat down on the bed to contemplate whether or not I could stay there and actually sleep with that odor. As I was on the... More

I have stayed at Hyatt Place El Paso several times. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar is always well stocked and nicely presented. Rooms are large with HDTVs, refrigerators, nice amenities. Air conditioners can be a bit noisy. Location is fine next to I-10 but is not in a pedestrian-friendly area. I recommend this hotel for... I booked this room through priceline, when I arrived I found that they had sold out of rooms with double beds. I had my sister and baby niece with me so it would have been a major inconvenience to have a room with just one bed. The hotel manger went out of his way to somehow get me a room... More

Stayed over the weekend last week while visiting family in El Paso. Definitely one of the nicer rooms you can get on the East side. The rooms are very nicely renovated since the Amerisuites days, with excellent furniture and a great HDTV in every room. The only problem I encountered was the lack of a set of drawers to unpack... I've stayed at Hyatt Place hotels in other locations and like the concept -- both the rooms and the lobby. Overall, this is a nice hotel. Service is good, staff is friendly. However, it is located very close to I-10 and for me, road noise was an issue. Light sleepers, this may not be the best location for you. More

El Paso is filled with lower end hotel chains and there isn't much to be had for great hotel rooms. This Hyatt is fairly new, has great rooms....big beds, huge flat screen TV, kitchenette, large sectional type sofa. The bathroom was a little smaller than expected but more than sufficient for necessities. I did like the separate vanity/sink area outside... More
