I would like to say that Brenda was exceptional. Always nice and helpful. She always had breakfast on time. Always greeted you with a good morning and a smile. For the hotel it was nice but could use a hot tub. My stay was 12 days on business other than that it was very clean

Very clean hotel! Arrived on the day they cleaned all the carpets! Execeptional staff, very friendly and professional! I would point out Veronica at the front desk who gave exceptional service, warm, friendly personality, cared about the guests, put her best foot forward to help guests. This was my first trip to Arkansas on business. The hotel was fantastic! Room are spacious, the lobby was beautiful. what a pleasant experience. Veronica at the front desk was super helpful. wonderful place to stay, best breakfast in town. Close to lots of places to eat or shop. Robyn and Veronica at the front desk take great care of everything and Brenda serves the great breakfast. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only place to stay in Little Rock.

Nice, off the beaten path maybe but always nice to return. Great restaurant there as well with a much much better than average breakfast(Brenda makes it more than just a hotel self serve meal).
