I used eStandby to request an upgrade to a suite for $25 more per night (came with free breakfast and one free drink per person per day). Stayed over the week leading up to New Year's eve. Very convenient for Times Square and environs. Hotel room was a bit on the small side but did just manage to accommodate our family of four. Staff very courteous and helpful to us, and the cafe on the street level was very good. More

I've stayed here three times. The old building and beautiful staircase have so much character. The staff is very welcoming and eager to meet their guest's needs. The rooms are clean and cozy. The restaurants offer a wide variety of good food and great service. The location doesn't get any better. More
