First thing to note is that this doesn't act like a Hilton Hotel, so your diamond loyalty cards etc count for very little. Enjoyed a wonderful time in this classic hotel, staff were exceptional with any requests dealt with immediately and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. restaurants were expensive but the food was of the highest order and worth the cost.
