The Michelangelo is elegant, but not stuffy. The room was nicely decorated and spotless. Remarkably good for sleeping, even though it's in the heart of one of the busiest parts of the city. The staff was friendly and efficient. I appreciated that our car was kept safely and the doorman and valet service was helpful. More
