Excellent position half way between Central Park and Times Square. On the whole I found the hotel pretty mediocre; in fact, its past might have been much brighter than it is at the moment. Everyone was so great at the Sheraton NY Hotel & Towers especially Elizabeth at the front desk,she was very helpful and even gave us upgraded rooms that were renovated.Great location, close to almost everything and I loved the free internet and computers in the lobby!. More

I stay at this hotel every January for 10 days for business. They have completely renovated all the rooms. Its taken them a few years and Ive suffered through some noisy stays in 2010 and 2011. We got a room which was newly renovated and equipped for handicaps = more space. It was difficult to find a hotel with 2 separate beds - but here we found the perfect room.
