I liked the hotel. The bell men and security were friendlier than I expected. They answered my family's travel questions and provided maps. They don't have room service, only breakfast. I didn't experience the breakfast, but my mom loved it. The rooms were a good size. They were pretty quiet. I absolutely loved the location. More

Stayed for a long weekend and found the beds and linens superior. Rooms were large. Elevators fast. Staff very helpful. A great choice. More

Good hotel for a resonable price and at a great location. Neighborhood is nice, not shifty. Housekeeping staff were very helpful. It was kind of noisy, people banging around in the hallways at all hours, but you get used to it. Swimming pool on the 5th floor was nice, but they drained it for maintenance with 2-days left on our... More

RachelDH, Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experience with us. We do apologize for the inconvenience of the swimming pool unfortunately, there was a rip in the pool liner and we did have to close it for repairs. We very much appreciate your kind words about our housekeeping staff and we look forward to passing it on to them! More

We had booked this hotel as part of a package through Expedia. The location can not be beat, walking distance to everything and a great map of Manhattan with subway info that we used daily. A bit of a minor mix up with our room at first as was suggested we move from a small queen to a larger double... More

I was a little concerned with this hotel after reading some of the reviews, but I have to say I was so pleasantly surprised upon arrival. We were greated right away. Our room was ready, and we were early. The guest service agent, Louise Rechlis was fantastic. She told us a little about the city and how to get around.... More

Great hotel and excellent location for broadway. I was pleased with the choice though like most NY hotels the price was over the top. We had a King Room which was adequate for our needs and to be honest our view from the 41st floor was good. The room was a tad dark as no main light but enough lamps.... More

If you want to stay close to everything - stay here! The hotel is a little "wore out", but we didnt't concider that a big issue. We didn't stay that much inside anyway. Big and comfy bed, ok roomsize. Good service. We got this hotel really cheap, so we were amazed when we understood how central it really was. You... More

It is an old building that had its glory. The elevators are antiques on its own and the rooms have so much potential if they renovated a bit. Went to NYC with my sister and enjoyed walking around times square at night. Close to subway stops and plenty of cabs for short rides. Theatres are all near by if that... More

Being Starwood loyal, I have stayed at pretty much every Starwood property in Manhattan (except the Aloft in Harlem). I gave up staying here almost 10 years ago -- at the time, the Manhattan and the Sheraton Towers were pretty comparable. However, the Sheraton was upgrading its towers one-by-one, so I decided then that if I ever had to stay... More

Location, Location, Location - that's the best bit and it is good. For the price I expected more, it didn't really feel like the normal "Sheraton" experience, the room was small, even the bath tub was small (but maybe that is a New York thing), the decor looked like it could do with a refresh, there doesn't seem to be...
