The hotel was splendid. very clean, just refurbished to an extremely high standard. Rooms are very comfortable and very quiet, even facing onto Times Square. Hot water any time of the time and the concierge was top notch. Would highly recommend this. more

The location of this hotel was excellent. Once you walk out of the hotel you are right in the middle of Times Square and the subway station is steps away . The rooms in the hotel are also very nice. My title pretty much sums this up. It is a lovely hotel right in the middle of the tourist attractions. I am still stunned that on two occasions, staff used key to walk right into our room without warning, so keep your door bolted at all times when you are in your room!
