Just spent one week with my wife for vacations. Good Location in Manhattan, spacious and comfortable room, good service (the front desk). Special tanks to Kris (doorman) and Caprice (front desk). I would definitely recommend.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite - ended up with adjoining rooms with no dining room (something we requested and were told we would have), "online concierge" didn't work, some special requests took days to fulfill, furniture is tired (hole in recliner), bathroom doors barely pass the toilet to close, "Corningware" dishes, drawers won't open in kitchen, missed cleaning our rooms... This hotel was all I expected and more. Stayed two separate times in a week (due to surgery at a nearby hospital).
