I stayed here May 15-17 on business. The hotel is older and that gives it a bit of character (for example - only one of the elevators goes to the 9th floor (where my room was) - the other elevator goes to the 8th and you have to take stairs up from there). There is bullet proof glass at the...

Easily located between the fashion district, Macy's, Empire State, Times Square and the Korean district. Good food nearby, easy subway access. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Great staff- not too intrusive, but available.
We had an upgraded room and the bathroom was huge! My only complaints, and they are small, was no full length mirror and slow elevators.

Just got back after spending the night in a double queen renovated room. The room was beautiful, cleaan and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was very accomodating. Free delicious coffee in the lobby and a daily newspaper. My only complaint was the shower head, you couldn't adjust it so I basically stand in the very front of the...

My room was a renovated room that had hardwood floors and a very comfortable bed and a nice bath. I was very pleased with my stay overall....

Very comfortable 4 night stay. Didn't get room facing the front which I requested. However, apart from no natural light the refurbished accommodation was fine if a little more expensive, the location spot on and we liked the lounge/lobby where we relaxed with a hot drink or two. (free). The water for the shower/bath was not always hot enough and...

I stayed here while on a school trip in April 2012. The rooms were of good size and the beds were extremely comfortable. Location wise, it was an easy walk to places like Times Square and the Empire State Building. Unfortunatly I am not aware that they serve breakfasts/dinners as we ate at the Hard Rock Cafe and had breakfast...

I spent a weekend in NYC and booked a room at the Herald Square. The hotel was nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. I had some time to spend before I was fetched by friends, and they were even willing to pass a phone call through to the lobby extension, despite the fact that I had already checked...
