The location is the only selling point of this hotel. The customer service is nonexistent. The hotel itself has a very corporate feel to it and just isn't very nice to stay in. I stayed here with 3 friends for a birthday trip over superbowl weekend. All in all we didnt have any major complaints, but it wasn't as nice as I was expecting. Awesome modern lobby. Quick and easy check in via the front desk. The rooms are very nice, updated, modern,and the size is really large for Manhattan. The location is right next to Grand Central Terminal with easy access to all New York City has to offer. More
