The best of this hotel is its location. You can walk to many interesting places from there, and since it is close to Grand Central Terminal, you can get the subway in less than 5 minutes walking. We were 3 in our room that was big enough for us, but it was old and not too clean.

We stayed one night in a suite w a king bed in the bedroom & living room with 2 sofas. Sofa upholstery was filthy on both. No one wanted to sit on them, let alone pull out to sleep. An ok hotel to stay downtown New York. New decor and more silent air conditioning would be beneficial. Overall good value for money but do not look for anything special or any reason to remember the place (neither positive but also negative).
