What can I say about this hotel? For NYC at $150 a night, it's a not a bad deal. Spending less would have had me staying at a hostel where I would have had to share a unisex bathroom so this was the next best thing in an effort to keep my bills down. The room was not too pokey,... More

My room was clean and comfortable with ac and a nice clean private bath. No free internet but I did everything with my smart phone anyway. They let me keep my bike in my room. Nice staff. The hotel across the street costs 3x. Within walk of central pk. Columbus circle etc. very nice location. Recommended. I will go back. More

The hotel is in a simply fantastic location, and based on that alone is a reasonable deal. However, this is very spartan accommodation... our room was basically just a full size bed and a tiny bathroom; one of us had to be on the bed for the other to get around the room. Advise purchasing a bigger room for 2... More

The only thing that I can complain about was the elevator and not getting breakfast on my first day there because they were all out. The room was very clean and roomier than I thought. The bathroom was very small like a cruise ship but was very clean. The location was the best part only 1 block from Central Park.... More

What is good: location, price, clean, breakfast and location. What you may not like: small room, noise from construction next to hotel and elevator. This hotel is in a great location one block from Central Park South and Carnegie Hall, and a short walk to Time Square, Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle, and tons of restaurants and shops. I imagine the... More

Fantastic location for a Budget hotel in NYC. One block away from Central Park. The rooms are large for NYC. The staff are helpful and friendly. The decor is a bit old. The only real problem was the shower. We could not get it to work properly. We specifically could not control the flow and the temperature. Only one elevator.... More

If you're looking for glamour and have plenty of money to spend, don't bother with the Park Savoy. However, if you're in NYC to see the sights and want something cheaper, clean, cozy, safe, friendly and VERY convenient, go to the Park Savoy. It's only one block south of Central Park and you can take the 7th Avenue bus downtown... More

Old Hotel in a great location...would stay there again as you are... More

This hotel is a cold basement, the lobby was small but nice & clean so I was like the rooms are going to be nice, I was WRONG! The elevator was the 1st joke, it was a door with a knob you had to open, it took 20 mins to come, the sign said only 4 ppl at a time... More
