My husband and I stayed here on the 12th floor while visiting a loved one in New York Presbyterian hospital. The rooms were newly renovated and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring. There are restaurants of all kinds within walking distance. We would definately stay here again if we had the need.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and cannot say more about the friendly desk staff, regardless of the time of day. The hotel is convenient to local hospitals but is also a quiet, pleasant hotel if you're in NYC. You can walk to the subway or take several busses right outside the door to get around the city....
