Stayed here for a night while in NYC. Hotel is clean with amazing views of the WTC site. It was awesome seeing the Freedom Tower from our bed. Speaking of the bed, it was so comfortable that I did not want to wake up! It was very easy to get around with the subway right there too. Would highly recommend.

Excellent position, staff great - especially housekeeping on 10th Floor :) The lady who works the bar in reception is also lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel, staff in general go out of their way to make you feel at home. Will look to stay here next time in New York.

Nice hotel, busy with tons of tourists from all over the world, which is good.. The staff works hard to provide excellent service. From my 48th floor room, I have a MAGNIFICENT view of the new Freedom Tower. Was able to watch the workers install the spire at the top while getting ready for work... fast elevators. friendly staff. great service. great location.
