Second time here for anniversary, very romantic, cozy and trendy, with the view of Bryant Park is the perfect spot for a romantic weekend. Great wine cellar with happy hour filled with cool NY people. Staff is a bit slow, not the real NY style but they're very friendly and nice. A place I will always return to.

Just across from Bryant Park, the hotel's attention to detail and service was refreshing for NYC. The restaurant is truly amazing! Spacious room with beautiful minimimalist decor and wonderful turn-down service. Would stay there again and again.

I've honestly avoided this place on prior trips largely because of the bland looking room photos on the BPkH website. Yes, they're rather plain, but spacious, modern, beautiful bathroom (second only to The James Soho in my experience), comfy bed, and a very friendly staff more than offset the futon-bed aesthetic.
