The location of the Hudson is great, as well as the terrace and the lobby, but that's about it. Rooms are really, really tiny, and the transparent shower wall might not be suited to every taste. Service is quite poor - check in took ages, which after a long flight that is quite an inconvenience, and for other issues it... More

The hudson was a great place to stay for a trip to new york. Very close to central park, 5th Ave, madison Ave and times square. Rooms are quite small but all the same everything was nice and clean. Ask for a room on the higher floors 12 or above as the noise from the downstairs bar could keep you... More

This place is terrible. Don't stay here. Tiny rooms. They lost our reservation and kept us waiting for 30 minutes while we were soaking wet from a rain storm. There was a "service fee" to get a bowl and spoon sent up to the room. Room service woke us up early on the day we were checking out. Lots of... More

After we booked our stay, we were concerned over some of the comments from Reviwers about their visit to the Hudson , but we need not have worried the service and the room were fantastic.we Checked in late after a long layover in ATL and the front desk staff were extremely polite, professional and very outgoing. Great way to kick... More

We booked the hotel on line because of it's location, it is literally 2 minutes from Columbus Circle and Central Park South. The hotel has an interesting frontage and you go up to reception on an escalator, the reception is a great space because you can see beyond onto the outside seating area which is so cool, the bar is... I must admit, I was sceptical staying here with the reviews I had read. But....if clean, comfort, and convenience is important to you, don't ignore this hotel. Yes, the rooms are very small. We had a standard queen room on the 19th floor with 150 sf. It is similar to a cruise ship cabin in size but very efficient. We... More

Stayed in this hotel for the duration of our stay in New York. Hotel is in a great location, everything walkable and a great bar on site however the rooms were so so tiny, got pretty claustrophobic pretty quickly.

I'll keep this short. Small rooms I was prepared for. However for the lack of service from the front desk, the two hour wait to clear a flooded bathroom when our toilet over flowed, the smelly bathroom, noisy aircon and terrible cleanliness overall, this has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I'm in the industry. Oh... More

We wanted to visit the Sky Terrace for pre dinner drinks for a special occasion. The website said it was only open to hotel guests. Messages from the management and on TA threads assured us that from 1 May the Sky Terrace was open to the public. It isnt. We were there on 5 May and it was closed -... More

Travelled with my son 12 years to do some great shopping in NYC. Hotel told us, yes we have a gym with a pool. Gym told us swimming is not aloud under 18. So we went to Coney island twice a week. HVAC broke 3 Times during stay. Breakfast was extrem expensive.
