The hotel is located near the Empire State Building and is the only positive thing. Everything else is just awful. The walls of the rooms were shabby and dirty, it was impossible to cold. Sleep was not possible because noise in the room was like on the street. Would not come back ever, that's for sure! More

The positives: The rooms on the upper floors are clean and a good size for New York. The housekeepers are nice and speak English. The negatives: The front desk staff is awful. No bell boys.
