Three only things good: girl at the front desk when I arrived, location and comfortable bed. The bad: Loud music playing until 11h30pm, noisy, no heating, no hot water, missing light bulbs, wallpaper holding with scotch tape, dirty stained carpets, safe broken, etc, etc, etc.

The staff were very nice and the hotel tidy. The only cons was that we did not have windows in the room but a tiny skylight (shame when you're in NY). Situated in the 19th street, it's very central and just a few minutes from Time square and others NYC attractions.
