My friend and I stayed at the Element courtesy of a Hotwire Hot rate deal. It was centrally located, 5-10 min walk to Times Square and Madison Square Garden. The hotel was modern looking and our room was nice and comfortable with a kitchenette and comfy bed. We also had a nice view from our window. The fitness center was... More

Very well located, central location at walking distance from Penn Station and very close to Times Square This is a sort of mini-apartment, even if not large. The room was a bit small, but comfortable and the free breakfast and late afternoon happy hour/light dinner are a real plus. Bathroom and shower very nice, fully equipped kitchenette. We were on... We were placed on the second floor and listened to women outside hollering and shrieking all night. There is a male review strip club next door and it made sleeping impossible. We were sorry we booked here. They need to do something about soundproofing. Otherwise the room was very nice and it was great to have a free continental breakfast... More

Our room was on the 28th floor with a view of the Empire state building. The rooms are very nice and spacious, have a small kitichen with large fridge, dishwasher and cooking hobs and... More

Was supposed to stay here this Sunday, but unfortunately, the wedding I was meant to attend was called off, just today. I called Expedia to cancel, & they said the hotel REFUSED to refund any of the $315+ that I paid (per Michael, the Res Mgr), since "it's Thursday & the res is for Sunday". Well, if the event was... Good morning Gavin J - As discussed in our private emails with one another, the reservation that you booked was an advance-purchase, fully prepaid reservation, booked via Expedia. The discount that you received on the room was due to the fact that it was fully prepaid and nonrefundable. I am sorry that your plans changed. However, in our private emails,... More

They need to have a bigger Element sign from the outside. The lobby reminded me of a typical European hotel. Modern style. Where the hotel is located right outside to the left is a mexican restaurant and a night club. Lots of trash in the front of the building. Anybody can walk in and go to any floors what i... More

I had the opportunity to stay at the Element Hotel while on business. I had a room with a kitchenette which was incredibly spacious, especially by New York Standards. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Check in and the staff in the lobby were not very pleasent but curtious. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is a nice... More
