The staff was amazingly welcoming as soon as we walked in the front door, asking us about our trip and storing our bags until we could check into our room. We loved this hotel! We weren't expecting too much as it is a new hotel and know how notorious NY hotels are for tiny rooms etc. Admittedly, the room was not huge but it was decent and our view out over the city was lovely. My daughter and I recently celebrated Mother's Day and her thirteenth birthday while staying at Distrikt Hotel. It was our first trip to NYC and we were very pleased with the staff and our beautiful room. I made several calls prior to our stay and the hotel staff was always informative and cheerful. We can't wait to go back. More
