The Hotel Indigo in Chelsea is a Quaint Boutique hotel on 28th and 7th avenue, 8 rooms per floor and a terrace bar on the roof with great views. Quite a lot of building work going on next door but from our 9th floor room could not just hear it, so i would recommend asking for a high floor. More
