Though I stayed here on a visit to the City, this is most likely a business hotel. Still I couldn't have been happier with everything. Though the room was tiny, everything was new and clean, the staff was cheerful and helpful and the location could simply not have been better. It was interesting to be in the financial district, but... More

I stayed here on a business trip in late January 2012. The hotel is really a good value at around $110/night and the location is perfect if you're doing business near Wall Street. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. The shower was excellent with a waterfall shower head and lots of hot water. Internet worked great and is... More

This was a small hotel, but clean and handy to many areas. Just around the corner is the entrance to the Subway which for a couple of dollars takes you to Times Square. We caught the hop on hop off bus at Times Square and did the uptown and downtown tours (over 2 days). The fee covers both these tours... More

The hotel is in a good location, near several subway stations and tourist places like the Ground Zero (WTC), Wall Street, the Bull, etc. The rooms are nice and clean, with new furniture. Recommended. More

This is a great hotel for weekend getaways - close to the subway and lots of lower Manhattan sights. The area is quiet and safe and there are some nearby eateries worth trying. Our room was small but fine (and don't let the narrow hallways scare you!). Staff was freindly and helpful and the room was very clean. I'd go... More

For the price, I definitely cannot complain. I stayed here over MLK weekend. The lady that checked me in was super friendly and so was the door person. They were very responsive to all of my needs, and even allowed me to check in super early (around 11am). I was especially happy about that because I had woken up extremely... More

We booked our stay via Priceline and paid £705.80 for five nights during Pride Week in June 2011 for a 2 double bed room. Beds were quite large for New York standards and very comfortable. When we checked in, we were offered to join the Holiday Inn rewards programme, which in return allowed us to check out late on departure.... More

I stayed here on a mixed business/pleasure trip and found it to be the perfect base for a NYC newcomer. My room was a little small, but certainly not too small and I think you get what you pay for, and then some. The rooms are veyr clean and tidy if a little chintzy, bur not gaudy. It was surprisingly... More

Stayed here 3 nights, King bed was very comforatble, large LCD TV, plenty of desk space. I paid $149.00 a night which is a great price for this area so I could certainly live with the smaller room size. Walking distance to the 911 memorial and the Freedom Tower under construction. More

We booked the Holiday Inn for a last-minute family trip to NYC after Christmas mainly because it was one of the few hotels available in our price range during this busy period. Although we were sceptical of the location because it is not in the main tourist area, we were pleasantly surprised by the easy walking access to South Street... More
